These homes come ready to move into, with a refrigerator, stove, microwave and dishwasher, as well as many other detail items such as towel racks, window blinds, ceiling fans, mail boxes, smoke detectors, garage door openers and shelving in the two bedroom closets, the hall closet, the laundry room and additional storage shelves in the garage. Washers and dryers are not included.
Halls 42 inches wide and 36 inch wide doors allow for handicap accessibility if needed.
Each unit has at least five access points for satellite television reception. Internet service is available from AT&T, Phynx fiber, cable providers, Dish Network or other sources, for a fee of course.
